March 24, 2009 Regarding Chief Maksyumk's message about the legacy coins... I have one left in my shadow box. Wish I could help you out but those are rare collector's items by now. Speaking of, and without getting into a rigorous debate, I personally prefer the old stripes -- they represented more. Of course, I'm a 1967 -- 1997 retiree, so I'm not biased, am I? Febuary 11, 2009 I'm looking to find an older Chief coin with the old stripes. I want it for my shadow box. If anyone knows where I can buy one please let me know via email. Thanks for anything you may be able to do! Retired CMSgt Allen Maksyumk My e-mail:maksymuk@mchsi.com
January 30, 2009 Interesting Site. Did not see any names on the message board that I could recall. I was a Communicator from 1948-1975. Belong to the AF Communicators & Air Traffic Controllers Association, where we have many ex comm & atc Chiefs. Retired CMSgt

Chiefs: Please do not send us requests for assistance in locating someone you might have served with in the past as we do not have access to the records that would enable us to provide this service to you. Try Randolph AFB... |
